So your thinking about getting a ball but keep saying to your self, I don't have time to use this! A great way to take advantage of a stability ball is during TV commercials. Knock out some repetitions of ab crunches on the ball during the commercials. Using the ball to do push ups is another great exercise you could do in during commercials.
