Stability ball workouts

Having a stability ball in your home is a must... these things are great! They are a great and inexpensive tool to have around the house when finding time to exercise is nearly impossible. They help improve stability and balance. My husband even uses it as his chair in his office and at home.

Here are some of my favorite exercises to do with this ball:

Ball Squats:



Ab Crunches:



Plank:




Bench Press:



Bridges:






So your thinking about getting a ball but keep saying to your self, I don't have time to use this! A great way to take advantage of a stability ball is during TV commercials. Knock out some repetitions of ab crunches on the ball during the commercials. Using the ball to do push ups is another great exercise you could do in during commercials.
